Tony did a quick & thorough job for me. I had a leaking flush tank. He was familiar with the problem & how to fix it. I had the replacement part ready, we discussed over the phone, he arrived on time. Did not try to over-complicate, focused on what needed to be done, did not leave behind any mess.
